We only interviewed Mary Lynn as a favor to a magical massage theerapist. Mary Lynn came out there and spent so much time and covered everything - she even noticed more about our home than we knew about it. We hired her on the spot! SELLER (HOME): In this market, a lot of people say anyone can sell your home. That may be true, but they can't do it like Mary Lynn. She does all the work and marketing up front. She thinks like the buyer and reverse engineers her marketing. We had multiple offers but she helped us to understand every detail to make the right choice so we weren't one of those homes coming and going off and on the market until our worth dropped. Mary Lynn thinks of everything so you don't have to and neither does the buyer. She makes it so it is simple for the buyer to choose your home over the others! And did I say she brings in more money with all her marketing. PLUS she negotiated at two stages for us and saved us enough money that paid her commission!

BUYERS (HOME): In this market when everyone is bidding on the same house if you don't have an Agent like Mary Lynn representing you - you will either severely overpay or lose the bid. It's almost like she has a special insight into things unseen to protect her clients and watch out for their best interest. There were times I thought going one way would be best and Mary Lynn explained things to me reasonably and I was able to see how clearly she thought and then I saw those strategies work to our best interest. Mary Lynn is not about numbers and being the #1 Agent with quantity but quality. All she asks is for a testimonial because she knows that is the best advertising and it's priceless. We love our home and we know we would not have it without her!

SELLERS (HOME): Lots of other agents told us we could not sell our home or for the money we wanted. Mary Lynn focused on all the good points and benefits of our property and brought in a buyer from raleigh nc who loves our house. Their agent never even came to the house. Mary Lynn didn't care about getting both sides of the commission, but just helping us to sell and close. It wasn't always easy because they had to sell a house too but we knew Mary Lynn was on top of everything. It's not just about $$$ to Mary Lynn, she really cares about her clients.

Coming from Atlanta we did not know issues that could come up. Mary Lynn helped us and found us a lot quickly and worked hard to get it closed, even during Covid shutdown.
