Generally, election years are slower. But with the interest rates so low, the prices so low and still a large inventory - I feel that it will be much like 2011 which was a busy year. Average home price dropped from $250,000 to $100,000, but almost as many transactions as during the "bubble"! This area is still  holding its value more than many other areas in the U.S., even in the foreclosure market!! We are truly blessed! Not only with the beauty and serenity of the area, but better investments/values for our properties. What do you think?
